One of Joe’s songs collaborated with pianist Richard Cartwright, reached the final 30 in the UK Student Music Awards, 2006. Finishing 7th in an internet vote-off Joe has subsequently enjoyed playing numerous venues across England and Wales, and has even played in France and Italy! Joe has also performed live 3 times on BBC Radio Shropshire on the Friday night Gerbil. Paul Parker is one of Shropshire’s most well established musicians and songwriters with over 20 years of playing and writing experience. Playing a mix of his own written material along with both established and lesser known covers, Paul along with Adelle create a country rock/Americana sound with the basic philosophy of playing anything with a good tune that you can imagine singing a hundred times a year. Imagine intricate vocal harmonies, along with a skilfully played acoustic guitar, mandolin, some laid back percussion and even the odd harmonica solo and you will get the general idea of this fine acoustic act.
