Starter Course
Butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and artisan bread
Panko breaded goat’s cheese with beetroot puree and baby salad leaves
Wild mushroom bruschetta with herb oil
Winter pigeon breast salad with spiced apple and pear chutney and parsnip crisps

Fish Course
Cornish crab meat, celeriac remoulade, micro herb salad
Seared scallops, white wine, cream and garlic sauce, crispy ham
Flash fried squid with sweet chilli, lime and coriander
Oak smoked salmon and avocado tian with horseradish mayonnaise

Main Course
Fillet steak medallions, Shropshire blue cheese potato dauphinoise. savoy cabbage, rich beef sauce
Pan fried duck breast with carrot puree, fondant potato, wilted spinach and red wine jus
Free range chicken ballotine stuffed with sun dried tomato, goat’s cheese and basil with crushed new potato and roasted red pepper sauce
Wild mushroom risotto with freshly grated parmesan, baby salad leaves and truffle oil

Dessert Course
Individual tiramisu with cocoa and dark chocolate shavings
Sticky toffee pudding with caramelised banana and butterscotch sauce
Vanilla panna cotta with raspberry jelly and warm cinnamon doughnut
Salted caramel chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream
